Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Advanced Business Application Programming Expert to join our team at Lancesoft Philippines. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in SAP ABAP development and support, with a strong focus on SAP HANA S4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ABAP objects in SAP HANA S4, including integration with Sales/Service Cloud.
  • Perform detailed analysis of functional requirements and develop/enhance ABAP objects meeting specifications.
  • Prepare technical specifications for all ABAP objects and document technical designs, test cases, and results.
  • Test and conduct UAT and deploy ABAP objects, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with users, providing troubleshooting support and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Work self-directed and independently, acting as a subject matter mentor to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and support.
  • Extensive experience in SAP HANA S4 ABAP Development, including implementation of at least 2 long-duration projects from start to end.
  • Strong understanding of SD, MM, FICO modules, with experience in Manufacturing Domain.
  • Ability to migrate data from legacy systems to SAP, establishing plans, strategies, and templates for data migration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and demonstrate good time management skills.
