About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Officer to join our team at JLL. As a Facilities Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, prompt, and courteous Facilities Management services in support of our clients' business needs in a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist to monitor the office facilities
  • Owner of the FM Helpdesk system to ensure the SR completion
  • Assist to report and schedule contractors for preventative maintenance to limit the downtime for all critical equipment
  • Assist to deal with emergency and arrange ad-hoc repair
  • To follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
  • Assist Facilities Manager to ensure all office equipment, including photocopiers, fax machines, paper shedders, etc. are in good working order and consumables are replenished timely
  • Assist Facilities Manager to ensure a good office environment, including arranging office ad-hoc repair, monitoring landscaping service, and cleaning service
  • Vendor management
  • Assist to evaluate the contractors' service performance
  • Customer Service / Client Relationships
  • Keep good communication with clients and users
  • Ensured Key Operations Procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained
  • Procurement, Payment/Billing Management
  • Issue purchase order for operations and maintenance
  • Assist to receive and verify the invoices. Allocate the expenses and settle in client's procurement system
  • Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards
  • Others
  • Keep good communication and have the regular meeting with landlord/service providers
  • To assist client/Facilities Manager to do report work, including monthly report and KPI review, etc.
  • Supervise the vendor workers' performance
  • Any other duties assigned by the client/Facilities Manager

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • 3-5 years' relevant experience
  • Customer service is preferred
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
  • Great interpersonal skill
  • A good team player, flexible, and detail-minded
  • Cheerful and outgoing characters
