Job Description:

  • Drive customer and business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

  • Take a proactive approach in messaging, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Maintain and enforce marketing governance policies to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team, developing our talent bench.
  • Excel in stakeholder management and negotiation.
  • Effectively manage assigned budgets.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15+ years of marketing experience, preferably in banking or fast-paced B2C digital/tech environments.
  • Proven track record in brand, digital, and direct marketing, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the Hong Kong consumer marketing landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and comfort in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
