The Job:
  • Reports to: Project Director
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage assigned watch projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Client Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients to ensure project management details align with their expectations, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Design team to develop and refine product designs, leveraging their expertise to create innovative and market-competitive products.
  • Supplier Liaison: Negotiate and liaise with suppliers regarding the structure and feasibility of watch products, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
  • Schedule Management: Maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met, and progress is tracked to guarantee timely completion.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the structure and appearance of products meet all specified requirements, upholding our commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly track and monitor project progress, identifying potential issues early on and implementing corrective actions to maintain momentum.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of work experience in watch trading/manufacturing/sourcing offices, with project management exposure being a significant advantage.
  • Communication: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
