Job Overview

The role of Purchasing Manager at JPC Texson Ltd involves leading a team to source and purchase watch components while managing material supply and shortage status. This position requires strong knowledge of watch components and the watch industry, as well as excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Purchasing team in sourcing and purchasing watch components.
  • Manage supplier relations, negotiate contracts, prices, and timelines.
  • Supervise daily purchasing activities, allocate tasks, and maintain the supplier database and purchase records.
  • Evaluate and ensure the quality and timely delivery of watch components from suppliers.
  • Monitor and control purchasing costs to align with budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions.

Requirements
  • Diploma holder or above is preferable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior position.
  • Strong knowledge of watch components and the watch industry.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
