Job Description

JPC Texson Ltd, a US company specializing in watch development and trading for international lifestyle watch brands, seeks a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to lead their Purchasing team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing watch components, managing supplier relations, and supervising daily purchasing activities.

Responsibilities
  1. Team Management: Lead the Purchasing team in sourcing and purchasing watch components, ensuring timely delivery and quality of materials.
  2. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, prices, and timelines to secure favorable terms.
  3. Daily Operations: Supervise daily purchasing activities, allocating tasks and maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities and transactions.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and timely delivery of watch components from suppliers, evaluating and addressing any issues that may arise.
  5. Cost Control: Monitor and control purchasing costs to align with budgetary constraints, identifying opportunities for cost savings and implementing process improvements.

Requirements
  • Diploma holder or above is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior position.
  • Strong knowledge of watch components and the watch industry.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
