Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customers' preferences and needs, assist them in finding suitable products, and build long-term relationships.
  • Manage daily store operations, product displays, and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Monitor stock levels, ensure sufficient inventory, and adhere to company standards for product display and store cleanliness.
  • Achieve company-set sales targets through teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in skincare or fragrances, with a passion-driven approach.
  • Prioritize candidates with 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or fragrances.
  • Flexible and creative, with excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Responsibility and teamwork spirit.
  • Detailed, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
