Education Manager Role at Estee Lauder

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Education Manager to lead our team in delivering top-notch training programs for beauty advisors.

About the Job:

This is a full-time role based in Hong Kong, reporting directly to the Regional Training Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing education strategies to enhance the skills of our beauty advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

Education Program Development: Design and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of our beauty advisors. This includes creating digital content, facilitating live streaming sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness.

Field Coaching: Assess field teams' education needs and provide coaching to improve their performance.

Classroom Education: Develop, implement, and cascade classroom education programs and seasonal seminars for all target participants.

Material Development: Work on education program and material development, including localization of global education programs, translation of education materials, and writing of training notes.

Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing & Sales teams to identify new training needs and propose remedial measures.

Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training sessions to beauty advisors, using video editing software to create engaging visual content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in training in beauty fields.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills.
  • Solid experience in both classroom training and field coaching.
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest beauty products and trends.
  • Strong business acumen, proactive, and passion for excellence.
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication skills with strong graphic sense and visual storytelling skill.
  • Resourceful with good initiative and result-oriented.
  • Creative and enthusiastic about beauty.
  • Proficient in video editing software (Premiere, Photoshop, iMovie, After Effects) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
