Job Summary:

As a Lead Makeup Artist, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, offering personalized beauty consultations, and showcasing our premium product range. Your passion for the prestige cosmetics industry, combined with your extensive knowledge of skincare and makeup, will enable you to create memorable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored beauty solutions.
  • Offer expert advice on Bobbi Brown products, highlighting their benefits and features to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, product knowledge development, and in-store promotions to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product launches, and brand initiatives to maintain a high level of expertise and provide exceptional customer service.

  • A competitive salary range of HKD 40,000 - 60,000 per month, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • More than 1 year of working experience in skincare / makeup retail.
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about the prestige cosmetics and skincare industry.
  • Good sales skills and customer service attitude.
  • Energetic, passionate, and positive working attitude.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and good command in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Holding internationally recognized beauty care certificates.
