Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for activities including but not limited to Securities/Futures/Bond settlement, Corporate Action for Equities (Global Markets) and OTC Bonds market, Client funding Operation, IPO (FINI Platform), US market Placement and SBL etc;
- Clients' money segregation.
- Client Trade, Exchange, Brokers' trade matching, Daily and Monthly position reconciliation.
- Settlement and Middle office system implementation. Participate in UAT testing.
- Bachelor degree or above in finance/accounting or related majors
- Minimum 5 years related experience in Operations, Settlement on Licensing Type 1 and 2 activities.
- Familiar with relevant Compliance Rules, AML policy, Client Money Rules and Regulations, OTC products, CCASS, CCMS and DCASS operations.
- Mature, detail-minded, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Great communications skill and interpersonal skill.
- Strong leadership and organization skills.
- Fluency in written English and Chinese, Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
- Shift duty / Holiday shift is required.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- Ability to work under pressure.
