Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of settlement professionals to ensure timely and accurate execution of daily transactions.
  • Monitor and resolve issues that may arise during transactions, providing professional support to clients and internal parties.
  • Participate in system development projects and UAT, assisting in the implementation of new settlement systems.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by management, contributing to the growth and development of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in products such as FICC, Fund, Structured Products, and Derivatives.
  • 2 years of leadership experience, with a strong track record of team management and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and settlement systems, with proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
