The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing crypto-related settlement activities, wallets, and transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Cryptocurrency Settlement
- Monitor and review daily cryptocurrency settlement processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Oversee the quality of crypto settlement workflows, identifying and mitigating potential risks, such as wallet security, transaction validation, and regulatory compliance.
- Promptly investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise in the crypto settlement process.
- Treasury Management
- Perform detailed cryptocurrency cash flow projections and liquidity analysis to accurately assess the company's funding requirements.
- Manage fiat and digital asset reserves to support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, document, and continuously refine crypto settlement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Work closely with the Operations team to analyze existing crypto settlement workflows, leverage automation and technology to enhance efficiency, and implement streamlined processes.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in financial industry operations, with a proven track record in managing crypto-related settlement activities, wallets, and transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency protocols, token standards, and associated risks, controls, and best practices for secure and compliant settlement processes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues in the fast-paced, 24/7 crypto ecosystem.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin), with the ability to translate complex crypto-related financial information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
