The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment and employee relations. They will be responsible for providing guidance to line management, analyzing trends and metrics, and resolving complex employee relations issues.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, aligning with business objectives and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and banking regulations.
  • Provide expert advice to line management on matters such as employment law, policy implementation, and employee development, ensuring best practices and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to analyze trends and metrics, informing business decisions and improving processes, while developing and implementing effective employee relations strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant field such as human resources, business administration, or psychology.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruitment position, preferably in a banking environment.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and relevant banking regulations.
  • Able to work under pressure, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, including Putonghua.
