Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Assist in the day-to-day operations of loyalty programs, including member enrollment, promotional activities support, and tracking.
  • Member Support: Respond to member enquiries and address complaints in compliance with all guidelines and SOPs.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Offer comprehensive administrative support to the Loyalty Operations Team.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma.
  • CRM/loyalty program operations/customer service experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
