About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Promotion Officer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing sales incentives programs, preparing projection reports, and providing sales analysis and comments to management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic planning and implementation of sales incentives programs
  • Coordinate and manage internal and industry recognition programs and awards
  • Prepare progress reports for different awards and sales incentives programs, provide sales analysis and comments to management for better sales monitoring
  • Review the appeal cases for awards and sales incentives programs, and provide proper recommendations for management's decision
  • Plan the budget and monitor the expenses are within budget for each individual incentives program
  • Coordinate ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors
