Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Manager to join our team at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. As a key member of our retail banking operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through strategic cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, addressing their financial needs and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer customers a range of banking products and services, ensuring they have access to the best possible solutions for their financial well-being.
  • Product Execution: Execute trades and transactions efficiently, adhering to established procedures and regulations.
  • Feedback and Complaints: Address customer feedback and complaints in a respectful and professional manner, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with superiors and colleagues to implement business strategies and achieve unit development goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Certifications: Qualifications from the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI) are highly valued.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in retail banking or financial institutions, with a strong background in customer service.
  • Skill Set: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua. Strong sales and service orientation, independent work ethic, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in PC applications, such as MS Office and Chinese input methods.
  • Overtime and Flexibility: Willingness to work on-shift duties as needed.
