Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of the Asia business management team within Global Banking COO APAC, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of the business strategy.

Your main duties will include:

  • Collaborating with legal, compliance, and operational risk control and audit teams to drive front-to-back controls
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of supervisory frameworks
  • Coordinating with the global business management team across regulatory reviews and strategic planning exercises
  • Managing Global Banking commitment committees and processes
  • Identifying and executing on cost-saving initiatives
  • Contributing to IB-wide COO initiatives as part of the wider Asia Pacific Investment Bank Chief Operating Officer (APAC IB COO) team

Required Skills and Qualifications:
