**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club policies.
  • **Performance Improvement**: Identify areas for operational improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • **Experience**: 2 years or above in operations management or a similar role, preferably in hospitality or club environments.
  • **Skills**: Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office and operational management software, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • **Language**: Fluent in both English and Chinese is a must.
