Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent in IT-related disciplines.

• At least 8 years of telecom experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

• Fluency in English and Cantonese languages is essential.
