Key Responsibilities

  • Support retail banking life insurance business and deliver premium financing end-to-end case management service while maintaining sales quality standards.
  • Conduct sales quality reviews in an accurate, effective, and timely manner.
  • Provide case information to sales staff for taking applicable remediation to the application.
  • Handle case inquiries from sales staff in a professional manner.
  • Assist in uplifting branch and individual sales quality above QA threshold through routine case review, reinforcement training, and regular reporting.
  • Contribute to the success of insurance business growth and full sales compliance to internal and/or regulatory requirements.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Solid individual life insurance and retail banking industry experiences.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Conversant in PC skills (preferably Excel with VBA/Macro knowledge), sales experience in retail banking, and bank assurance are preferred.
  • Able to work as a team and independently for tasks assigned.
  • Performance driven and results focused.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
