Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Process Optimizer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with the business to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of retail operations processes and systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new retail systems and processes that meet business needs.
  4. Ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes with existing infrastructure.
  5. Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure the success of implemented changes and identify areas for further improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in retail systems design and delivery with successful implementation references.
  • Strong understanding of retail processes and store operations principles.
  • Ability to think strategically, tactically, and operationally.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
