This position requires a highly skilled Finance Professional to manage financial matters, prepare reports, and participate in tender meetings.

  • The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline and minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • They will also possess excellent analytical skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Management: Manage all financial matters, including departmental queries and evaluate applications.
  • Reporting: Prepare assigned reports & schedules for data analysis purposes.
  • Daily Reporting: Cross-check and assist in preparing daily reports for the management.
  • System Management: Handle system-related matters, including error reports, enhancements, and user acceptance tests.
  • Tender Process: Participate in the tender meeting and evaluation process.
  • Ad Hoc Assignments: Assist in any ad hoc assignments as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting & budget management experience.
  • Extensive experience in airline finance analysis, including traffic figures, revenue, operating costs, expenditures, and route performance analysis model.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, both independently and as an effective team player.
