Job Overview

As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager at Global Sage, you will play a key role in driving the company's human resources strategy forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits, with excellent leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
  2. Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Data Analysis: Conduct regular market surveys and analyze data to inform compensation decisions, drive business insights, and optimize HR systems.
  4. Leadership Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on succession planning, training, and career development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in managerial positions focusing on C&B.
  • Strong business acumen, data management, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
