Job Title: Senior Manager's Driver

HSBC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager's Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services to our senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport senior management team members to business meetings, visits, and functions
  • Operate a limousine safely and responsibly, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of passengers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and addressing any questions or concerns
  • Perform daily activities as assigned by the senior management team
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle at all times
  • Plan and follow the most efficient and effective route to reach destinations, considering traffic and weather conditions
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users
  • Monitor and maintain the limousine's fuel, battery, and other fluid levels, as well as perform routine inspections to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Report any mechanical issues, damages, or accidents to the Transport Team and follow up with necessary repairs or action
  • Ensure proper scheduling and time management to promptly pick up and drop off senior management team members
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license of HK Vehicle classification code 1 & 2 with a clean driving record
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proven experience as a professional driver or chauffeur, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior management team members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility in working hours, as the role may involve early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to handle minor repairs or troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in unexpected situations
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
Internal Requirements:
  • Secondary/High school or equivalent
  • Previous experience driving limousines is preferred
  • Completion of a certified advanced driving course is advantageous
  • Knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures is a plus
