About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled lawyer with extensive experience in asset management, including drafting and negotiating various documentation, supporting business lines on legal matters, and handling other legal documentations. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience from a common law jurisdiction, preferably from an international law firm or asset manager.

In addition to technical skills, we require candidates who possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential, and experience in knowledge of various fund products is highly valued.

The successful candidate will work closely with other governance teams, such as Risk and Compliance, to stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory developments and ensure that the company remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

What We Offer

The Edge Partnership offers a competitive salary package, which includes an estimated annual salary of $150,000 - $200,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Other benefits include professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
