Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing communication plans to engage diverse target audiences and stakeholders. This includes working closely with internal and external stakeholders to align communication messages and materials, utilizing various communication channels, including social media, to promote initiatives, handling media enquiries, issue and crisis management, establishing media networks, and maintaining close communication and engagement with key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at managerial or supervisory level
  • Profound knowledge of media and stakeholder communications with good understanding of the political landscape of Hong Kong
  • Creative and analytical thinker, dedicated leader and team player with strong communication, organizing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
