  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service roles.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Able to empathize with customers and de-escalate tense situations.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
