Job Description Sale & marketing responsibilities for Hong Kong and Macau consumer product markets. Responsibilities Formulate strategies and marketing programs with sales team to achieve sales targets in Hong Kong and Macau consumer product markets Implement marketing programs and tactics to drive sell‑out, generate demand and enhance market penetration Explore e‑commerce platform opportunity and develop strategy and tactics to grow the business Develop new product launch programs for gaining new sales growth opportunities Strengthen assigned product categories' awareness, preference and brand value Manage and provide routine operational support for efficient sales operation and KPI performance Prepare sales & merchandising materials and tools to enhance sales effectiveness Manage quotation and tender opportunities with sales team Explore marketing insight, POS data and new market segment opportunities for effective prioritization of opportunities Take care of other assigned sales or marketing tasks as required Qualifications University graduate preferably in e‑marketing, e‑business or related disciplines Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure in consumer markets Passionate, aggressive with a “can do” spirit to achieve sales targets and goals Effective interpersonal and communication skills Creative, self‑motivated, independent, hard‑working and able to work under high pressure Good team player with high degree of ownership Sound skills in both traditional marketing and e‑marketing strategies and tactics Hands‑on marketing campaign skills and experience Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Good presentation and computer skills Safety is a core value at 3M.
