Our role will give you a chance to build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties including Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders. Ready for a challenge? As a Recruitment Coordinator you’ll play a crucial part in our Talent Acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at every step. Your responsibilities will focus on managing candidate databases, scheduling interviews, coordinating communication and facilitating the onboarding process. You’ll focus on maintaining candidate records, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team. What you’ll be doing Managing account specific administration activities such as CV capturing, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and pre-interview screening Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors and other account stakeholders Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary Maintain recruitment trackers & dashboards (e.g. Open Requisition List Manage Recruiting group inbox Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate te You’ll need to demonstrate Min 3 years prior recruitment administration/coordination experience in a large multinational organization Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong collaborator and open to learning Passionate about recruitment process and driving efficiencies Strong relationship building Closely follows guidelines and processes when completing tasks Takes responsibility for the quality of their work; including accuracy and attention to detail Works with focus and pace to get work done on time whilst ensuring quality of output is maintained Professional level of chinese language(mandarin and Cantonese) as you will communicate with candidates/vendors in local language and review documents in chinese Why AMS?
