Recruitment Coordinator (Early Careers Focus) Our client is a global investment firm. They are hiring a junior campus recruiter to join the team; this is a newly created headcount. Your Role Support the full recruitment process for internship and graduate-level positions, contributing to a positive and engaging candidate experience. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with leading universities and student organizations. Help organize and participate in on-campus activities, such as company presentations, career fairs, in-house events, and interview sessions. Contribute ideas to improve our early-careers branding and outreach efforts to attract emerging talent. Become proficient in our applicant tracking system, supporting application management and candidate communication throughout the process. Work closely with the early-careers team to support the delivery of a global internship and graduate recruitment program, helping to grow our visibility at university and industry events. Your Profile 2–4 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on campus or university recruiting in technology, data science, quantitative finance, or fintech environments (in-house early-careers experience is a plus). Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Experience using candidate and market data to support hiring decisions. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin (both required) to connect with diverse stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. A team-oriented approach with good analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Enthusiasm for working in a high-performance, fast-evolving setting.
