Recruitment Coordinator - Investment Bank Join AMS as a Recruitment Coordinator. We’re looking for an individual who will build and maintain strong working relationships between Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders. What you’ll be doing Managing account specific administration activities such as CV capturing, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating the applicant tracking system, and pre‑interview screening. Managing other ad‑hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process. Collaborating on and completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately within set deadlines. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders. Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on relevant processes. Managing day‑to‑day queries relating to the area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary. Maintaining recruitment trackers & dashboards (e.g., Open Requisition List). You’ll need to demonstrate Minimum 3 years of recruitment administration/coordination experience in a large multinational organization. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Collaborator open to learning. Passionate about the recruitment process and driving efficiencies. Strong relationship‑building skills. Adherence to guidelines and processes when completing tasks. Responsibility for the quality of their work, including accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work with focus and pace to get work done on time while maintaining quality output. Professional level of Chinese language (Mandarin and Cantonese) for communication with candidates/vendors in local language and reviewing documents in Chinese. Why AMS?
