- Develop and explore business opportunities: maintain and deepen the relationship with existing clients and explore potential clients;
- Assess client IT service needs and make recommendations;
- Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch solution, service, and combination packages to clients;
- Deliver effective presentations and solution proposals;
- Participate in business negotiations and close deals both individually and as a team;
- Follow up on marketing campaigns to promote new solutions to clients;
- Work closely with technical pre-sales and delivery team to create technical and commercial proposals;
- Provide weekly/monthly pipeline updates and reviews on individual performance and measures for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration;
- At least 4-5 years of experience in IT services, solution business engagement, and sales;
- Experience in IT consultancies or technology solutions organizations with a proven track record of selling professional services and exceeding sales targets;
- Proactive, client-focused with strong motivation to meet and exceed clients' expectations;
- Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and vendors at all levels;
- Fluent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese;
- Experience in Microsoft solutions and products is a plus;
- Service experience with large clients is preferred.
Compensation: For Sales Manager: 70% base and 30% commission.
Benefits: 12 days annual leave, MPF, Medical insurance.
