Digitalisation Solutions Sales Manager

Spatial Technology Limited is a trusted provider of construction digitalisation solutions. Our company has extensive expertise in consulting and has successfully deployed numerous projects in smart site management, including PMIS, BIM, DWSS, and SSSS. We are expanding our sales team and seeking a candidate with passion and positive energy to join this dynamic market.
Salary and Benefits

Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for promoting the company's construction digitalisation solution/services and achieving assigned sales targets by penetrating into mid-market main contractor segments and acquiring new businesses in PMIS, BIM, DWSS, SSSS, and site quality and safety based on Novade. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project or application solution selling to direct end customers, preferably with sales experience or exposure to contractors or AEC market. Additionally, they will possess excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills, be highly self-motivated, aggressive, and willing to learn.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a post-secondary qualification, have strong industry knowledge, and be proficient in presenting complex information to clients. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.
