Key Responsibilities Combine market trends with the company's direction to plan the e‑commerce platform's business strategy, set sales targets and plans for each period, research industry trends to formulate short‑ and long‑term strategies, and maintain the platform's competitiveness. Optimize the full‑process operation rules of products, monitor data, and adjust strategies accordingly; plan major promotional activities and coordinate resources to achieve the expected results. Analyze product data for promotion planning, optimize product listing information, and be responsible for new media operations to increase product sales and platform traffic. Lead the team, allocate tasks reasonably, set performance targets to motivate team members; organize training and communication activities, and coordinate cross‑departmental cooperation. Develop recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality merchants, screen, negotiate, and sign contracts with them, provide guidance, training, and conduct evaluation and assessment. Assist in any ad‑hoc projects. Qualifications Be familiar with the entire e‑commerce process, master skills in shopping, sales, and promotion, and possess insights into industry trends. Possess data analysis skills and be proficient in using office software to support business decision‑making with data. Hold a bachelor's degree or above, have more than 5 years of relevant work experience, and more than 2 years of e‑commerce operations management experience. Majors in e‑commerce, marketing, etc. are preferred. Able to plan, observe, and judge the market; be familiar with buyers' psychology and consumption behavior; be able to independently plan innovative and targeted online marketing campaigns and implement them. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in promoting on major e‑commerce platforms in Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland, community operations, and new media communication. Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with the Hong Kong cross‑border transportation tourism market, extensive experience in industry operations, and preference for candidates with experience in well‑known OTA platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager.
