E-commerce Specialist, Operations & Growth Add expected salary to your profile for insights Join Sakk Gear as an E-commerce Operations & Management professional. In this full‑time role based in Hong Kong Island, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations and management of the company's e‑commerce platform, ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning. What you’ll be doing Looking for an all‑rounder, someone who can manage the day‑to‑day operation’s, while also focusing on growth performance. Manage and optimise the end‑to‑end e‑commerce lifecycle, including product listing, inventory management, order fulfilment and oversee customer service. Analyse website and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective e‑commerce strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant e‑commerce regulations and best practices. Provide training and support to the e‑commerce team to enhance their skills and productivity. Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues in a timely manner. Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction. Coordinate daily operation from shipping, cargo, operations and communication with customers and resellers. What we’re looking for 2+ years of experience in e‑commerce operations and management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry. Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms, order fulfilment, inventory management and customer service best practices. Proficiency in data analysis and using data‑driven insights to drive decision‑making. Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
