Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is essential; an MBA or relevant certifications in retail management are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail management, ideally within the luxury sector, with a demonstrated focus on the APAC market. A proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams is crucial.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and develop staff. Experience in performance coaching and conducting evaluations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective relationship-building with clients and team members. The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels is important.
  • A deep understanding of luxury retail trends and consumer behavior in the APAC region, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse client needs and preferences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in utilizing data to inform business decisions and drive operational improvements.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to leverage technology for efficient operations and reporting.
