Investments and Wealth Solutions
Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a full spectrum of investment products and services to our Wealth and Personal Banking customers, from high-net-worth to mass segments across channels. We distribute investment funds managed by top tier fund managers covering different types of funds, across regions and asset classes. A wide range of structured products with underlying linked to equities, FX rates, interest rates, investment funds, etc. are offered for investors to pursue different investment objectives. We also offer fixed income instruments and certificates of deposit to customers who look for regular coupon payment. Besides, we have securities services covering exchange traded equities in local and overseas markets offered through a wide variety of trading channels. Margin trading services covering FX and securities, and investment financing service provides extra liquidity and purchasing power to cater for investment needs from sophisticated investors.
Wealth Marketing and Proposition Team is under Wealth Commercialization and Proposition Department within Investment and Wealth Solutions (IWS), accountable for supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of IWS. The function focuses on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the HASE wealth brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives.
We are seeking a high caliber to join us as Wealth Marketing and Proposition Manager .
Principle responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Wealth Marketing & Proposition to define and implement wealth marketing strategies for IWS that resonate with target audiences.
  • Lead the design and enhancement of customer-centric propositions by leveraging data analytics, market research and competitors analysis to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and assessment of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, vendors) to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
  • Analyse and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, Group compliancy policy and internal controls, maintaining the highest standards of ethical marketing practices
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry
  • Passes in HKSI licensing examinations preferred
  • Experience in managing Investment products and distributing through multi-channels
  • Strong self-motivation, detail-minded and has the ability to work independently
  • Good project management skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in both written English and Chinese, proficiency in Excel application an advantage
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
