We are expanding our presence in Hong Kong and seek a dynamic Growth Manager to lead our e-commerce and digital marketing efforts. Position Overview As the Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online growth strategy. You will collaborate closely with our Australian team and lead the e-commerce and paid media team. This position requires a blend of business analysis and promotion planning on d2c business along with a deep understanding of digital marketing. What You'll Be Doing Develop e-commerce strategies to increase traffic conversion and repeat purchase rate on our Shopify store and paid channels. Plan, implement and optimize promotional campaigns aligned with brand objectives. Utilize knowledge of Meta and Google Ads to enhance online visibility and engagement. Collaborate effectively with the Australian headquarters to ensure alignment on brand messaging and strategy. Lead the e-commerce and paid media team to achieve growth targets. Conduct business analysis, manage e-shop P&L, identify areas for improvement and optimize performance. Co-ordinate and work closely with internal and external parties on all sales related issues. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within the beauty sector. Participate in ad hoc projects when required. Requirements Who You Are Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably within beauty industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Expertise in paid media campaigns (Meta and Google Ads). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Passion for beauty products and a keen understanding of the market.
