This role is ideal for an individual with proven experience in driving user growth, engagement, and monetization across digital products. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative features and experiments aimed at optimizing key growth funnels (acquisition, activation, retention). Working closely with experienced product leadership, you will contribute to shaping and delivering digital experiences that align with both business goals and user needs, directly impacting consumers who discover and purchase products globally through our platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead specific growth initiatives and significantly contribute to our product's success. Responsibilities Growth & Experimentation: Drive the strategy and execution for specific acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels within the product. Design, prioritize, and execute product experiments (A/B testing) to optimize these funnels, ensuring measurable impact on key growth metrics. Innovative Platform & Feature Development: Lead the development and optimization of growth-focused features and product enhancements. Translate business goals and user insights into clear product requirements and user stories, manage the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, and iterate based on performance data. Examples include gamification elements, engaging content features. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution: Partner closely with engineering, UX/UI design, data, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of features. Work with designers to create intuitive user journeys, leverage data analysis to verify hypotheses and identify opportunities, and facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming with project managers and cross-team alignment. Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth data analysis on user behavior, conversion funnels, and cohort performance. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations that inform strategic product decisions. Track product performance diligently and communicate findings to stakeholders. Market & User Understanding: Understand and contribute to addressing the complexities of cross-border shopping and multi-market user challenges across SEA markets, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities specific to diverse user needs and market dynamics. Requirements Experience & Skills: 2-4 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on growth or experimentation. Demonstrated ability to drive product initiatives and deliver measurable results in user acquisition and engagement. Proven experience in designing and executing product experiments (A/B testing) and interpreting results. Ability to write clear product specifications, user stories, and manage aspects of the product development lifecycle. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and basic product tools (e.g., Jira, Lark, Figma). Growth & Product Mindset: Strong understanding and practical application of user acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral (AARRR) metrics. Genuine curiosity about how products work, what drives user behavior in discovery-to-purchase journeys, and how to build features from the ground up. Gamification Interest: Keen interest in leveraging gamification for user engagement, stickiness, and driving specific user behaviors. An interest in collectibles, Trading Card Games (TCG), or gaming communities is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different regions. Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in parallel. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset, eager to learn and solve user and business problems. Problem-solving approach to complex user experience challenges. Language: Strong English proficiency required. Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly advantageous for collaboration across our regional teams. Bonus Points Experience in B2C tech, e-commerce, marketplace, or logistics-related products. Familiarity with basic product analytics tools (e.g., GA4).
