Senior Manager - Performance & Growth Marketing Driving digital growth through eCommerce, CRM, performance marketing, and marketing automation. About the Opportunity Miramar Group is expanding its digital growth capabilities — and we’re hiring a Performance & Growth Marketing Manager to help shape how our brands connect, convert, and retain customers across every digital touchpoint. You’ll be at the forefront of driving eCommerce performance, growing membership and CRM engagement, and advancing marketing automation to build stronger, data‑driven relationships with customers. This role combines growth marketing, CRM strategy, media performance, and partnership innovation — all aimed at one goal: driving measurable business results. What You’ll Do Drive eCommerce Growth: Plan and optimize campaigns that increase new user acquisition, site traffic, conversion rate, and revenue across Mira eShop and related platforms. Grow & Retain Members: Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing programs to acquire, engage, and retain members through personalized journeys, loyalty offers, and segmentation‑based targeting. Power Marketing Automation: Use CDP/CRM and automation tools (e.g. Adobe RTCDP, Tealium, Segment, MS Dynamics 365) to design behavior‑triggered journeys across email, app, and digital channels — turning data into meaningful, automated customer experiences. Enhance Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid search, social, display, and video campaigns to deliver strong ROAS, efficient CPA, and audience growth aligned with commercial goals. Lead Data‑Driven Decisioning: Partner with internal analytics and IT teams to ensure proper tagging, attribution, and marketing measurement; deliver insights and dashboards that guide optimization. Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with key partners or loyalty alliances that enhance membership value, expand brand reach, and boost eShop sales performance. Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, eCommerce, CRM, and Operations teams to deliver integrated, customer‑centric campaigns that connect channels and teams across the business. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 10+ years’ experience in performance marketing, CRM, or eCommerce growth — ideally within hospitality, retail, or lifestyle industries. Proven record of using CRM strategies and data insights to drive customer engagement and incremental revenue. Hands‑on experience with marketing automation, CRM/CDP platforms, and personalization journeys. Strong proficiency in SEM, paid media, analytics (GA4), and data visualization tools. Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen and results orientation. Up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest digital marketing and marketing technology trends, including innovations in data marketing, automation platforms, and emerging social media channels. Social‑media‑savvy with a strong sense of trends and audience insights — staying on top of new platform features, formats, and creative storytelling techniques. Possesses a strong marketing acumen with a solid understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and market dynamics. A creative, curious, and proactive mindset with a strong passion for digital marketing — constantly exploring new ideas, tools, and approaches to enhance performance and engagement. Self‑motivated and resourceful, able to work independently while contributing fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to the team. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Capable of balancing strategy and execution.
