Client Relationship Manager – VIP & High-Value Clients Add expected salary to your profile for insights This role blends luxury hospitality, PR‑level client engagement, and personalized VIP servicing. The Client Relationship Manager will manage high‑value client relationships, oversee reservations and private-room arrangements, host VIP guests, anticipate needs, and deliver exceptional tailor‑made experiences across the Wine Lounge and VIP dining room. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary relationship owner for VIP and HNW clients. Manage VIP reservations, table arrangements, privacy requests, and special‑occasion coordination. Host guests onsite; coordinate seamlessly with service, kitchen, and sommelier teams. Ensure the VIP Lounge and Wine Experience areas meet luxury service standards. Build client loyalty through personalized follow‑ups, gifting, and curated wine experiences. Maintain detailed client profiles and preference logs. Plan and execute private tastings, themed wine events, and premium client engagements. Handle sensitive and last‑minute requests discreetly and professionally. Support PR hosting and brand storytelling activities. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality (5‑star hotel Guest Relations/Club Lounge), high‑end private clubs, or luxury retail CRM roles. Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and client‑facing communication. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; strong English communication skills. Proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable working with high‑expectation clients. Basic wine knowledge (WSET 1–2) or willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Michelin restaurants, from luxury brands, or other VIP hosting roles. Existing networks in private clubs, luxury residences, private banking, or family‑office circles. Experience in planning and executing premium events. Competitive base salary based on experience.
