Quality Assurance Specialist (E&M Systems Focus) SUNeVision, the technology arm of Sun Hung Kai Properties, stands as Hong Kong’s largest data centre provider. Job Purpose To act as an independent reviewer and process transformation driver, ensuring technical changes submitted by the Facility Management team are properly reviewed and executed, while also leading process improvement initiatives across the company. Responsibilities E&M Change Review and Approver Independently review and approve technical change submissions from the Facility Management team. Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards. Conduct onsite checks and verify that operations match the approved change scope and procedures. Identify risks or procedural gaps and recommend corrective actions. Maintain impartiality and act as a neutral third‑party reviewer. Ensure alignment with engineering, safety, and change protocols. Document review outcomes and communicate decisions to stakeholders. Support and Drive Process Change Within the Company Lead initiatives to improve workflows and operational procedures. Identify inefficiencies or gaps in current practices and propose transformation strategies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements. Develop and set company‑wide process standards for consistent adoption across all departments. Promote a culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement. Monitor effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering. 8–10 years of experience in E&M systems, facility operations, or engineering change management. Strong understanding of data centre systems including UPS, HVAC, Electrical, fire protection, and Generator System. Excellent analytical, documentation, problem‑solving skills, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and conduct onsite validations.
