Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities Set up quality assurance standards for the brand and execute with suppliers and manufacturers. Evaluate and improve quality control processes, targeting the elimination of potential defects during the material preparation stage. Inspection and Testing Conduct detailed inspections of fashion products (e.g., fabrics, bags & accessories) during various stages of production to ensure they meet design specifications, size standards, and quality benchmarks. Perform or oversee tests for durability, colour fastness, stitching integrity, and material safety, etc. Defect Identification and Management Unify and manage product defective reports from various sales channels. Identify key product defects and initiate corrective plans. Collaborate with product development & production teams to resolve quality issues with factories. Standards Compliance Ensure products adhere to company standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements (e.g., labelling, flammability, or chemical restrictions). Verify compliance with sustainability or ethical production guidelines if applicable. Customer Focus Ensure the final product aligns with customer expectations for fit, aesthetics, and functionality, reducing returns or complaints. Who are we looking for? Diploma or above with 5-10 years QA experience, preferably in bags & luggage category Constant travel to factories is required.
