Sales Manager, Enterprise Applications

Oracle is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth across our Enterprise Applications portfolio. This role is ideal for a strong solution seller who excels in building executive relationships, navigating complex accounts, and closing high-value opportunities. What You Will Do Drive end-to-end sales of Oracle’s business applications across an assigned set of named accounts or territory. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, value positioning, proposal development, and deal negotiation. Engage directly with prospective and existing customers to understand business needs and position Oracle solutions effectively. Develop and execute detailed account strategies, ensuring strong pipeline health and accurate forecasting. Present compelling value propositions to stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and C‑suite. Collaborate closely with internal teams (presales, consulting and alliances) to deliver complete solutions. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and industry influencers to expand market reach. Ensure customer satisfaction and long‑term account growth through professional, consultative engagement. What You Need to Be Successful 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally within ERP, HCM, CRM, or related business applications. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong ability to penetrate large organizations and engage senior business and IT stakeholders. Solid understanding of the enterprise applications landscape, including Oracle and key competitors. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen with experience in account strategy, resource planning, and opportunity management. Highly collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
