About the teamThe SME & Growth Business team is dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to thrive in the global economy. We combine deep financial expertise with a growth mindset, working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that streamline cross-border payments and unlock new revenue streams.
What you'll doAs an Inbound Sales Representative (Client Activation), you will drive Airwallex's future growth engine. You will be responsible for the onboarding and activation experience of small business leads, shaping the client's first interaction with Airwallex. As a key member of the Growth team, you will also share valuable insights and collaborate closely with other teams to enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities:Advocate for Airwallex: Create a strong first impression by providing an end-to-end world-class experience and product expertise.
Educate and Activate: Support customers through the onboarding process and teach them how to leverage the full range of Airwallex products.
Champion Customer Needs: Act as the voice of the customer within Airwallex, ensuring their needs and feedback are heard and addressed.
Improve Internal Processes: Synthesize feedback from customers and work with internal teams to continuously improve our onboarding and activation processes.
We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role.
Minimum qualifications:Strong Hustle: You love moving at speed and are driven to achieve KPIs.
Customer Engagement: Confident in directly engaging with customers to understand their needs and promote Airwallex solutions.
Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Equipped with strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
Collaborative: Great team player who enjoys tackling challenges with colleagues.
Industry Experience: Less than 2 years of experience, preferably in start-up and fintech environments. Open to bright candidates and fresh graduates with the right aptitude and attitude.
