Business Development & Operations Manager Be fully responsible for the strategic planning, channel development, and operations management of the brand in mainland China and the Hong Kong market. Lead the omnichannel business, including high-end mall counters, e-commerce platforms (JD, Xiaohongshu, etc.), and brand flagship stores. Build and lead the retail and operations team to ensure sales targets are met and brand image is consistent. Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and business teams to optimize inventory, logistics, and cross-cultural communication processes. Drive localization strategies for the brand in the mainland market, combining the strengths of the Hong Kong brand with local consumer trends. You Have: Over 5 years of experience in operations or retail management within high-end consumer goods/luxury brands. Familiarity with top-tier mall channels in mainland China (such as SKP, MixC, Hang Lung, Taikoo Li, K11, etc.) and e-commerce platform operations. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with experience working in cross-regional and cross-cultural teams. Strategic thinking, data analysis skills, and sharp market insights.
