Job Description As a Business Development Manager (BDM), your main responsibilities will include: Achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers and closing deals. Develop and execute territory plans to win key accounts and strategic projects. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with strong CRM discipline. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product teams to align on customer needs. Partner with Marketing and BDR teams to drive demand generation. Co-sell with partners to improve conversion and expand reach. The Successful Applicant 5+ years in enterprise/data infrastructure sales. Strong network in Hong Kong, especially in Fintech, eCommerce, Digital, Payment, Retail and Logistic, Government sectors are preferred. Familiarity with databases and/or cloud platforms. Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles. Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external teams. Willing to travel regularly.
