Senior Customer Services Officer - China Life Trustees Limited Provide excellent customer services and professional pension solutions to customers. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions. Solicit new business and cultivate long‑term relationships with customers for further business opportunities. Provide support to team heads and assist in conducting AML review and system enhancement. Compile regular reports for management review. Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of experience serving large corporate clients in the pension or financial sector preferred. Less experience may be considered for an Officer role. Familiarity with pension operations, AML, and related policies and regulatory requirements. Capacity to multi‑task, self‑motivated, able to work independently and customer‑oriented. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent Mandarin is an advantage. Proficient computer skills in MS Office and Chinese word‑processing and PowerPoint. #J-18808-Ljbffr
