Senior Operation & Customer Service Officer We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Operation & Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team at BalanceVital Health Management Limited. You will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization, contributing to the success of our client-focused healthcare services. What you’ll be doing Carry out daily operation duties (e.g., appointment coordination, treatment monitoring, and physio coordination) and contribute to support reliable service delivery. Venue and equipment upkeep including cleanliness, tidiness, equipment checking and consumables management to uphold safety and quality standards. Manage client interactions end-to-end: time monitoring, communication and coordination, focusing on professional pre‑ and post‑treatment communications and care processes. Standardize and optimise workflows to boost operational efficiency while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Identify operational problems, analyse root causes, and implement practical, scalable solutions and process improvements. Drive training and coaching initiatives, including onboarding, to ensure consistent service quality and professional behaviour across the team. Lead improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects to reinforce processes and uplift overall performance. What we’re looking for Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination and supervising skills to liaise with teams and clients. Proactive, detail‑mindful and strong problem‑solving skills. Customer oriented and able to manage multi‑tasks. Fluency in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin. Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word‑processing (optional). Previous experience in a client‑facing or administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or customer service industry. A team player with a positive and “Can do” attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operation & Customer Service Officer.
