Senior Rewards & Performance Management Manager Handle staff enquiries in relation to the Bank’s rewards, performance management and benefits policies. Provide advice to Department Users on rewards/incentive programmes and performance management exercise. Review and make recommendations on rewards and performance management related policies/guidelines by reference to the best market practices and ensure they are in compliance with related statutory and regulatory requirements. Analyze and interpret statistical output from rewards/compensation surveys, job matching and benchmarking so as to facilitate management decision. Assist in designing and developing compensation strategies including short- and long-term incentives in compliance with HKMA's SPM CG5 - "Guideline on Sound Remuneration System" and related regulatory rules and practices. Deliver an efficient annual salary review, bonus review, performance assessment exercise and upgrade/promotion exercise. Liaise with various service providers in designing and administering benefits programmes for the Bank and relevant subsidiaries. Review and maintain updated human resources policies and operation/desktop manual of the Team. Ensure Job Mandates for Senior Executives are updated and in compliance with related statutory and regulatory requirements. Work with IT and HRM systems specialists on the enhancement and maintenance of Rewards and Performance related systems. Guide the team members in executing their respective responsibilities towards the achievement of the Departmental goals and objectives. Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity. Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work. Participate in ad hoc human resources projects as assigned. Requirements University degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in human resources management covering the following: At least 6 years’ experience in rewards management/HR policies/HR business partnering, with 2 years’ supervisory experience is preferred; Familiar with the Employment Ordinance and related employment legislation & regulations; Good knowledge of compensation and benefits programmes; Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills; A team player with high self‑motivation; independent, well organized and result‑oriented; IT literate with experience of HR databases, MS Excel and MS Word. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
